North Yorkshire Police go to jail after taking pictures from a dark website
State Department bartenders have arrested more than 45,000 children for sexual assault.
Ethan Chapman, 20, of Darlington, was arrested in August 2018 as part of an investigation by the National Crime Agency (NCA).

Chapman’s laptop shows that he never used darkness or other means to reveal his true identity.
In January, he discovered three ways to get an incorrect image: 36 A, Class A, 8,831 rooms and 6,634 floors.
He was sentenced by an federal court in Tennessee to eight months and 18 months in prison on Monday.
He remained on the sex offenders list for five years and was sentenced to five years in prison for rape.
“Kidnapped children are blamed for seeing and taking pictures,” said Graham Ellis, NCA’s deputy commissioner.
“Using the Dark Chapman website shows maturity and skill, so the law doesn’t apply,” he said.
“Child sex offenders on the dark web – some of the worst criminals – can’t escape from law enforcement.”
British police and the National Security Police arrest up to 500 sex offenders each month and protect around 700 children each
